1. About PND IELTS

PND IELTS is a professional IELTS and PTE coaching center located in KPHB, Hyderabad. We offer comprehensive training programs to help students achieve their target scores for international English proficiency exams. Our website is https://pndielts.in.

2. Enrollment and Admission

Enrollment is subject to availability and successful completion of the registration process.
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
PND IELTS reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment application.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for the chosen course.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful enrollment.

3. Course Fees and Payment

Course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon during enrollment.
Fees can be paid via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of access to classes and materials.

4. Refund Policy

Before Course Commencement: Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. Administrative charges may apply.
Within First Week: 50% refund available if requested within 7 days of course commencement.
After First Week: No refunds will be provided after the first week of the course.
Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.
Course transfers to another batch may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.

5. Class Schedule and Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Regular attendance is essential for effective exam preparation.
PND IELTS reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified in advance.
Makeup classes may be arranged for missed sessions, subject to availability and trainer discretion.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required to receive the course completion certificate.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

Treat trainers, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism.
Arrive on time for classes and participate actively in learning activities.
Refrain from disruptive behavior during sessions.
Not share course materials, mock tests, or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism in all assignments and practice tests.
Use appropriate language and conduct in all communications.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, mock tests, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of PND IELTS.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
Recording of live sessions is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

8. Mock Tests and Practice Materials

Mock tests are provided as part of the course curriculum to simulate real exam conditions.
Test results and feedback are for personal learning purposes only.
Access to online practice materials is limited to the duration of the enrolled course.

9. Score Improvement

PND IELTS provides expert coaching and guidance but does not guarantee specific band scores.
Score improvement depends on individual effort, prior English proficiency, and practice.
Students are encouraged to follow the study plan and complete all assigned practice work.

10. Limitation of Liability

PND IELTS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Final exam scores depend on multiple factors including test-day performance and official scoring criteria.

11. Changes to Terms

PND IELTS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
